Öncüoğlu Architects' Tashkent City project with Hyper Partners won an award in the "Best Mixed-Use Development" category in Uzbekistan at the 2022-2023International Property Awards. A shopping center, a hotel, and an office building are all part of the master plan project, which serves as the central park's focal point.
