Contracted by Summa Turizm Yatirimlari A.S. The Malabo AVM Project, which has a construction area of approximately 12,300 m² and started in 2011, was built in Malabo, the capital and largest city of Equatorial Guinea.
The building located in the newly planned center east of the city of Malabo in Equatorial Guinea; It has been designed with the aim of creating an elite, high-level and attractive shopping center. The structure, which was designed parallel to the ocean, is intended to integrate with both the natural environment and the ocean with its wavy facade.
The circulation areas in the complex, which has a leasable area of approximately 8.500 m², are formed by squares defined by curved surfaces and connected by flowing to each other.
These squares are designed to allow different uses according to the activities to be organized. There are nearly 40 shops, cafes and supermarkets of various sizes on the ground floor of the shopping center. Entertainment centers equipped with the latest technology, casino, cinema complex and fast food areas are planned on the first floor.
