Kocaeli Tramway and Warehouse Area, which was invested by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, was realized by undertaking the main contractorship of Gülermak Ağır Sanayi İnşaat ve Taahhüt A.Ş.
The project consists of a construction area of 5,200 m2 and an area of 30,000 m2.
Ikon Yapı took part in this project with 10 Breda brand Adone model automatic folding doors and 1 Manusa brand automatic sliding door.
