The Kalyon Karapınar SPP in Turkey is the largest solar energy plant in Europe and one of the largest worldwide. Caner Bilgin from Bilgin Architects in Istanbul designed a futuristic control center for the rough desert landscape. A large inner courtyard, which is accessible to employees and visitors through huge Jansen VISS pivot doors, contributes to the surprisingly inviting atmosphere of the building.
