How can corporate culture be explained?

At the end of the 90's, before the word "blog" entered our lives, we sought to express ourselves outside of stereotypes such as the definition of "vision, mission" that became popular in those days. As a result of that search, the following text emerged. We wrote a text about the “corporate culture” of the company without realizing it.

The sincere feelings of a team who were in their 20s at the time this text was written were as follows;

Our philosophy

We know it will seem strange at first glance, but in our meeting with our consultants about "corporate resource planning", we realized that our company has a soul.
Not just a word, but a real soul...

Of course, operational departments of our company such as production, logistics, sales and marketing; support departments such as financial and administrative affairs; On the other hand, it had investors, suppliers, subcontractors, customers and employees. And besides, there was satisfaction between the lines, yes.

Well, where was the Icon itself…how was it…what was it like?

Our factory, meeting room, computers, ISO certificate, awards, vehicles and our entire team; In short, were we just tangible, visible objects, a body?
It's a strange feeling, but we realized that it wasn't!
Whatever the power that holds cells together in a human body, it is the power that holds our material parts together.
Call it soul or soul...
Just as describing a body made up of cells and organs would not be sufficient to describe a human being, describing a company made up of matter, that is, us, would not adequately describe the truth.
That's why, while introducing ourselves, we tried to explain our spirit rather than our form;

We are strong with our material and spiritual assets, we take good care of ourselves.

WE ARE RESILIENT!

We may make mistakes, but we do not give up trying to find a solution.

WE ARE HONEST!

We have not suffered from being transparent so far.

WE ARE HAPPY!

We like being social, laughing and having fun together.

WE ARE YOUNG!

We are approaching our maturity age, but after many years, we want to say that we are young.

WE ARE TALENT!

We successfully manage dozens of brands and hundreds of models of products.

WE ARE HELPING!

We are sensitive to social problems, and we invite those who are not.

WE HAVE EMPATHY!

We understand the situation and look for solutions.

WE ARE POSITIVE!

In the chaos of life, we give positive energy to both ourselves and our environment, and we love to do this.

Call yourself smug if you want, but

WE ARE A GOOD TEAM!
