Within the scope of the project, Çayyolu Warehouse Area and Buildings (Workshop Building, Heating Center, Electricity and Transformer Center, Line Maintenance Vehicles Building, Water Tank and Access Control Building in total ~15,000 m2 closed area) all civil works (steel driver platforms, reinforced concrete walkways between the parking lines) roads, piled environmental excavation and piled support structures, soil and reinforced concrete walls, concrete, asphalt coated areas, existing storm water and waste water box culvert displacement, parking lot landscaping and landscaping).

Connection structures (U-section, cut-and-cover and at-grade structures) to the Kızılay-Çayyolu Metro (M2) Line are being built within the scope of the project. Supply and installation of carrier rail, 3rd rail, electromechanical (power supply, traction power, signaling, control and communication system) and line superstructure works are carried out. There will be supply and installation of fixed and portable workshop equipment (cranes, benches, jacks, forklifts, etc.) and auxiliary vehicles in the workshop building. Integration of the systems to the existing Kızılay-Çayyolu Metro (M2) Line systems will be done separately within the scope of this project.
