EN 13241-1 Compliant Doors and Garage Doors Used in Industrial and Commercial Buildings
The main purposes of use, which are designed to be built in areas that people can reach; It covers the safety and performance requirements of doors and barriers built outside the building, such as doors, fences and garden gates, which are intended to provide safe access to industrial-commercial buildings and outbuildings and residences for goods carried by persons or vehicles used. This standard also covers roller shutter or lattice shutter type doors used in retail buildings and outbuildings mainly for the passage of people rather than vehicles or movable goods. These doors may also include entrance doors (interior doors) that are used only for pedestrian passage within the large door leaf and are also covered by this standard. Products within the scope of this standard may be of the manual or power operated type. This standard does not cover the operation of doors in environments with electromagnetic interference effects exceeding the limit values specified in EN 61000-6-3.
